A Full Moon Dinner Offering for Wagbo:
A meeting of the digestive tract: Somatization and self-touch followed by gentle movement in space. What does it feel like to initiate your movement from different parts of the viscera, or from this more parasympathetic space? Meet at 5:30, potluck dinner at 6:00 p.m.

Explore motifs on fabric using traditional Indonesian copper tjaps and learn the process of batik. In this class, we will utilize natural soy and/or beeswax to create resisted areas on fabric with the tjap stamps and a fructose-based indigo vat for dye. We will discuss surface design, how to create your own indigo vat, and the culture of batik. You can leave with a ready-to-use piece of art. All materials provided.
Wagbo will give away tree seedlings to plant in your yard, but first learn tips and best practices on how to plant trees and wildlife shrubs. Meet at the big barn at 4 p.m. hosted by Jack Slaggert & Wendy Warren.

Explore the world of natural dyes with color theory! In this class, we will use natural dyes which impart each red, yellow, and blue – the primary colors. We will practice achieving secondary colors on silk fabric through overdyeing. All materials will be provided.
Forest bathing, or Shinrin yoku, is a Japanese practice of immersing yourself in the forest for health and wellbeing. This modern, secular approach mindfully connects with nature and is supported by growing scientific research showing benefits for stress reduction, mood, and overall health. During this guided forest bathing session, we’ll begin with a brief introduction to how forests communicate and the fascinating biochemical processes that can support human wellbeing. Join us in celebrating Wagbo's 30th Anniversary. Plenty of music, food, and fun for the whole family! Join the monster parade, make a sock puppet, and more! Festivities begin at 1:00 p.m.
Bring a broken item - a bicycle, a garment, a household appliance, or whatever you wish! The team will do their best to mend or repair the item. Offer up your own repair skills, if you like! Mother Earth will thank you. Beginning at Noon and ending at 4:00 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday.
